Designing products people actually use.

It started in Los Angeles — not with pixels, but with people. Working at advertising agencies focused on restaurants, I learned that design is really about creating an experience someone feels before they can describe it. The ambiance, the menu layout, the moment a dish arrives: every detail is a decision.

When the web began to take shape and UX/UI emerged as a discipline, I recognized the same instinct. I had mentors who pushed me to think beyond screens — to ask what the experience should feel like, then build backward from there.

14 years later, I'm a Sr. Product Designer at BBVA México — leading end-to-end design for the public app, public web, and enterprise web used by millions of people. My background in graphic design gives me an edge in visual quality; my years in digital give me the systems thinking to back it up.

I also integrate AI across my entire design process: ideation, UX writing, research, asset generation, and accelerated prototyping. It's not a tool I use occasionally — it's woven into how I work every day.

Beyond BBVA, I co-founded Syrup Studio Mx — a boutique studio building chatbots, process automation, web design, apps, and AI-driven platforms for clients who need more than a pretty interface.

I'm looking for the next challenge: a team that cares about craft, moves with intention, and believes that good design is a business decision — not a finishing touch.
